Recruitment Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Will promote the value of working for our company to help attract great candidates who fit our culture and who can support our mission.  Working alongside the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams, he/she will create and facilitate North America Recruitment with marketing content. This role will have continuous interaction with and support the site HR teams and Regional Talent Acquisition Managers. The position will assist in creating an overarching recruitment marketing strategy for NA and by market for our locations.  They will assist in helping us carry out that strategy.  This person should possess some design skills as well to include creation and design of print and digital content for recruitment marketing including web-based promotional materials.  This position will assist in bringing our brand to life in the markets and communities we live and work through sharing our employee value proposition.

 

Drives activities to ensure brand recognition, robust and ever-flowing talent pools as well as supporting recruiting metrics such as application to hire ratio, on-time fill rate, etc.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

  • Defines and maintains North America’s Recruitment marketing calendar
  • Application of Global Marketing and Employment Brand strategy within the North American market
  • Assisting to drive a very strong brand presence and brand evolution in our markets
  • Inspire associates to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our group’s reach and influence throughout the candidate journey
  • Empower recruiters on how to tell our story effectively to attract and nurture candidates
  • Effectively communicate the employee value proposition of working at our company, both authentically and transparently
  • Conceptualizes, facilitates and at times designs and produces promotionals including collateral, flyers, ads, brochures, logos, billboards, signage, exhibits, and/or displays and more
  • Facilitates recruiting marketing plan, initiatives, and strategies
  • Conducts brainstorming sessions to develop new projects and marketing campaigns
  • Develops, improves and monitors marketing and recruitment metrics
  • Ability to write and edit basic marketing copy
  • Public relations support for press releases and event calendars
  • Support for marketing email messages
  • Social media and online community communication and support with the Social Media Hub
  • Social media posting & content gathering
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables and track all details in order to meet deadlines
  • Coordination of deliverables to include requesting and tracking of videography and video from the marketing team

The selected candidate must have strong communication, organization and networking skills, and must meet strategy execution expectations and some design volume and assist with coordinating deliverables, Computer skills are essential with documented skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with graphic design experience using multiple design applications. Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  •   Minimum of a High school diploma or GED; at least 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified and or education in managerial and design fields as an equivalent.  Strongly preferred bachelor or higher degree in marketing, business administration or related majorsCompleted degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
