About The Role

Here at Sitel Coventry we do have numerous campaigns here on site, They are all different lines of business on behalf of different clients. Please register interest through this job advert so we can evaluate your skills and give you a call if you are suitable for any up and coming vacancies.

Your Duties Could Include (but are not limited to):

  • Receiving inbound calls and possibly making outbound calls regarding general customer enquiries.
  • Potenially dealing with emails, webchat or social media.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Building rapport with new and existing customers
  • Demonstrating a keen attention to detail
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Adhering to company principles and values at all times

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
  • Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Educated to GCSE standard (5 x A*-C) or equivalent
