Your Duties Could Include (but are not limited to)

  • Call handling (inbound or outbound depending on the client and role) as well as handling emails, webchats or social media enquiries.
  • Supporting the resolution of customer complaints.
  • Building rapport with new and existing customers, giving the best possible customer experience. 
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Applying our Company principles and values in all that you.


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
  • Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Be flexible and open to a new challenge

Contract Terms

What is the pay and benefits?

Most of our vacancies are to work 37.5 hour per week and rotational shift patterns may apply including weekends

  • We offer Permanent contracts and sometimes fixed term contracts
  • Pay rates start from £9.50 per hour - some vacancies come with commission
