We are currently recruiting for Cantonese speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our supportive team, working in a fast paced and positive environment, where you are helping people in potentially challenging situations. The different lines of business offer the opportunity for you to become cross skilled as well as adding variety to your day.

Job Summary

This is an inbound call campaign for UK Visas and Immigration. Your role is to help and give advice on pre application queries for all lines of business including educating the customer around the website.

Primary Job Responsibilities

The different lines of business & key responsibilities are:

Visa and immigration 
• Provide information on visa requirements (Maintenance, financial requirements, Knowledge of Language and Life, Switching visas and how dependants apply) 
• Provide information on fees and processing times 
• Give advice on extending visas 
• How to make application from inside the UK (including booking premium appointments) 
• Directing customers to where to go for applying outside the UK 
• Immigration rules
• Settlement and Naturalisation
• How to report immigration crimes (domestic violence, arranged marriages, child endangerment)

European Nationals 
• Providing information to EU nationals on residency permits and work permits 
• Providing information to EU nationals on how family members apply to come to the country 
• Treaty rights

• Providing information on processing times 
• Signposting nationality enquiries and giving options and information



Min GCSE or equivalent


Experience Target

Inbound customer service experience preferred.



  • MUST HAVE LIVED IN THE UK FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS (with 5 years address history needed)
  • Good communication skills, organisation, confident and able to explain complex information over the phone.
