Customer Service Advisor - International Financial Company

Sitel Denmark is growing and we are building a team of customer service advisors for our client in the finance industry

 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you work daily supporting our client’s customers on the phone, mail and chat. Your goal is to recognize the needs, engage with and deepen the relationships with the customers.

You will:
•    Handle general and complex customer enquiries in a professional manner
•    Evaluate account status enquiries at point of contact by analyzing information and recommending solutions to the customer
•    Interpret Product, Policy and Procedure information and guide customers through to resolve their enquiry as First Contact Resolution
•    Meet and exceed predefined Customer Satisfaction Targets.

About you

You are committed to deliver first class service to the customers and you enjoy working in teams. It is a plus if you have previously worked in a people-oriented environment. 

•    You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.

To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor you need to show: 
•    Excellent listening, inter-personal, and probing skills 
•    Strong communication skills: articulate, professional, clear and friendly 
•    Ability to work in a changing environment
•    Clear judgment and decision-making skills – ability to balance customer needs with good business sense.

Workplace, Contact & Applying

The workplace is Sitel’s office in Copenhagen, Sluseholmen 2-4, 3rd floor, 2450 Copenhagen SW.

The working hours are Monday to Sunday between 09:00-21:00 (37 hours per week). Salary is DKK 18.290 monthly and we have an employer-paid pension scheme of 8%. Sitel pays half of your lunch in the canteen and we get fruit delivered every day.
