The Job

For one of our trusted clients where we are looking for a Swedish-speaking customer support agent to our team in Copenhagen. You will join our team of 7 Swedish-speakers who support our clients customers via phone, mail and chat. You will go through extensive training in the products and procedures before starting on the phone, so you will be confident with the material before you start talking to the customers. This role consists of resolving customer enquiries via telephone, email, Web chat and Social Media. Your customer interactions will include (but not limited to) complaint resolution, product inquiry/ordering and product return/exchange inquiries.

 

You will:

  • Provide high quality, premium customer service via chat, telephone and email in Swedish
  • Assist in continuous improvement projects to help keep processes efficient and customers happy
  • Provide administrative support to Management team and supervisor, covering off any ad hoc tasks when requested e.g. Translations
  • To ensure you are working within the required targets e.g. call length, quality, speed of answering queries
  • Record accurately the outcome of your contact into the database
  • Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date and to participate in ongoing refresher training when required
  • Understand and comply with all company and client security requirements, Policies, and Procedures
  • To support customers and respond to queries such as returns process, product enquires, questions regarding orders etc.

 

About You

You are committed to deliver first class service to the customers and you enjoy working in teams. It is a plus if you have previously worked in a people-oriented environment. 

•    You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
•    Posess excellent listening, inter-personal, and probing skills 
•    Strong communication skills: articulate, professional, clear and friendly 
•    Clear judgment and decision-making skills – ability to balance customer needs with good business sense.

The ideal candidate is a flexible person who can both speed up during busy periods and slow down in quiet times.

 

Practical Info

We are located in Sluseholmen 2, 2450 København SV. The salary is paid out monthly and is 18.290 kr plus pension (8%). Working time is 37 standard hours in between 08:00 and 18:00. Apply for this job if you would like to invest in your development by joining a global company!
