Do you speak Finnish? Do you want a meaningful job in a global company? Then we have the role for you!

As a Customer Service Advisor you take care of Abbott Diabetes Care customer enquiries via telephone, email, web chat and Social Media. You will be fully trained to be able to provide high-quality support and advise customers in the use of the company's product for diabetes patients.

 

Your tasks will be:

  • Complaint resolution, product inquiry/ordering and product return/exchange inquiries.
  • Provide high quality customer service via chat, telephone and email in Finnish language.
  • Assist in continuous improvement projects to help keep processes efficient and customers happy.
  • Provide administrative support to Management team and supervisor, covering off any ad hoc tasks when requested e.g. translations.

 

We will provide an ongoing refresher training when required, so that your product knowledge and knogledge of policies and procedures is up to date. Sitel coaches you to ensure you are working within the required targets e.g. call length, quality, speed of answering queries.

 

You are:

You are a person who likes to work in teams, who is open and empathetic. You like to talk to people and help them solve their issues. An interest in diabetes is a plus!

Workplace, Contact & Applying

The workplace is Sitel’s office in Copenhagen, Sluseholmen 2., 3rd floor, 2450 Kbh. SV. Bus 4A is just beside the building, so it's easy commute to train and even to Sweden, if you live there. 

Working hours on the Finnish line are Monday to Friday from 07:00-15:00. You will have free on the days of official holidays in Finland.
