Overview  

 

Are you an exceptional writer who has experience creating copy for digital marketing campaigns?

 

Sitel is looking for a Content Manager, Go-to-Market who knows what it takes to create content for compelling integrated marketing campaigns that target potential and existing clients. This person will be a contributor to the Go-to-Market team by assisting with the planning & development of all content created and hosted on various digital channels. They will combine both strategic and creative storytelling into a copy that’s unique, engaging, and in line with brand standards. A successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of CXaaS and other outsourcing trends in order to create original and compelling content that drives lead generation, expands existing accounts, and builds brand awareness.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, develop, publish, and maintain all copy for marketing content managed by the Go-to-Market & Demand Generation, AmericPac team.
  • Meet with key stakeholders to help produce the content needed for outlined projects/campaigns.
  • Help publish/edit content in their final channels.
  • Project management and partner with the team to manage AmericPac editorial calendar for a clear view of content planning and releases.
  • Work with SEO to develop web-friendly copy. 
  • Partner with Global Communications and Campaign management for brand alignment.
  • Occasionally support recruitment initiatives for added support.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Must have 2 to 5 years’ proven professional experience in lead generation content copywriting.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of new information and communication technologies.
  • Understandings of marketing campaigns and sales funnel targeting is a must.
  • Preferences will be given to individuals who submit writing examples for whitepaper, ebook, or guides.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Electronic Media, Media Studies, or relevant discipline.
