You Will


Reporting to the Head of Americas Marketing Activation, as the Channel Manager will work closely with the Americas Marketing Campaign Managers to activate demand generation campaigns across owned, earned and paid media channels.

Channel Strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role that will work with the Americas Marketing team and in collaboration with Global Marketing Digital, resources to help design, deliver and optimize demand generation campaigns to target audiences utilizing digital-first channel strategies for website, email, social, virtual events and paid media.


Marketing Technology. The Channel Manager will serve as the subject matter expert on marketing tech stack utilization. This role will work closely with the Global Marketing Digital team to ensure best practices and cost-effective utilization of marketing technology software to define audiences and drive them through the sales funnel from initial awareness down to marketing qualified lead conversion.


Campaign Execution. This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing Activation and Campaign Managers to ensure successful execution of ABM campaigns including defining target audiences, proper tagging and attribution, asset specifications, channel-specific content recommendations, paid media budget allocation and a continuous test, learn and optimization approach.


Budget Management. Work with the Americas Marketing team to effectively develop and manage the budget to support the Go-to-Market strategy. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI of all marketing spend using a data-driven approach to decision making. Optimize spend, cost, and marketing ROI and KPIs across all marketing programs and tactics.


Tracking & Reporting. Monitor and track all marketing activities to evaluate results and determine effectiveness. Rigorously evaluate the impact of marketing investments to understand the link between marketing spend and key business outcomes.

You Have


  • Expert knowledge of marketing technology, CRM and demand generation tech stack e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Terminus/6sense, Salesloft, Drift, and similar products.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B Account-Based Marketing, Digital Media, Demand Generation and Marketing Automation.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preference for degrees in the following or related areas: Marketing, Business Studies, Communications, etc. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Working knowledge of BPO industry is a significant plus.
  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work well with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong leadership style and ability to prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales process, administration, and support needs.
  • High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications in the Office Suite.
