You Will

 

Reporting to the Head of Americas Marketing Activation, the Campaign Manager will create account-based and highly targeted digital marketing programs to develop new prospects for conversion into clients and engage existing clients for upsell/cross-sell opportunities. This is a highly-cross functional role that will work closely with Regional, Global and Product Marketing teams.

 

Go-to-Market Strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role that will work with the Americas Marketing team in collaboration with Americas Sales Leaders, Inside Sales, Sales Support, Global Marketing and Product Marketing to develop and manage digital-first marketing campaigns designed to generate demand, develop leads and accelerate pipeline activity for Sitel’s Americas Region.

Campaign Development. Owning the end-to-end process of campaign development includes prioritization of campaigns based on sales and product marketing initiatives; identifying existing content and assets for repurposing; writing strategic briefs for new content and assets; creating ongoing nurturing campaigns and assisting with Inside Sales cadences; working in collaboration with channel managers on digital channel activation including landing page development, email, social media, and paid media.

Content Strategy. The Campaign Manager will determine the necessary content and assets required for campaigns and nurture journeys and will provide creative resources with strategic briefs and insight to adapt existing and/or create net new content and assets, ongoing feedback, revisions and specifications.

Lead Development. The primary success metric for this role will be Marketing Generated Leads but will also work closely with Inside Sales teams to help convert to Marketing Qualified Leads with additional content and nurture activity.

Budget Management. Work with the Americas Marketing team to effectively develop and manage the budget to support the Go-to-Market strategy. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI of all marketing spend using a data-driven approach to decision making. Optimize spend, cost, and marketing ROI and KPIs across all marketing programs and tactics.

Tracking & Reporting. Monitor and track all marketing activities to evaluate results and determine effectiveness. Rigorously evaluate the impact of marketing investments to understand the link between marketing spend and key business outcomes.

You Have

 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Established track record in creating successful marketing strategies from inception to finish.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preference for degrees in the following or related areas: Marketing, Business Studies, Communications, etc. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Working knowledge of the BPO industry is a significant plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing technology and demand generation software stack e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Terminus/6sense, Salesloft, Drift, and similar products.
  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work well with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong leadership style and ability to prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales process, administration, and support needs.
  • High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications in the Office Suite.
