  • Great communication skills and resourceful nature – demonstrating a calm, gracious demeanour and problem solving skills for complex queries
  • You will be PC literate and a comfortable using various in-house systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required, along with excellent written skills for formal emails and correspondence
  • Strong listening and effective questioning skills
  • Skills in navigating websites and relaying instructions in a clear manner
  • Strong team player with ability to organise, coordinate and execute on details




· Temporary Contracts up to 3 months (4 week rolling)

· Under 25’s £8.20ph | Over 25’s £8.72ph

· All employee’s will be fully flexible between the hours 06:00 – 23:00 Mon-Sun

· Full Time Contracts up to 37.5 hours per week.

· Part Time Contracts – Evenings and Weekends ONLY

· You will need your own computer/laptop with the correct requirements and wifi

· You will need to be over the age of 18

We will also require you to be no further than 1 hour away from our Stratford Upon Avon site.

As this role will be a work at home role, you will need your own equipment. Please see the computer specifications below:


Equipment Specifications


· Minimum 1.8GHz with at least four processor cores, it should be less than 5 years old. Intel Atom, Celeron, Core 2 Duo or Pentium branded processors aren't supported

. Desktop or laptop Windows 7-10 or Mac system only.

· Minimum 4GB memory (RAM)

· 20GB free space. HDD or preferably SSD drive type

· Minimum single monitor with at least 1280 x 1024 resolution

· Keyboard, Mouse and USB Headset

· 1 free USB port


Network Specifications


· 3Mbps download and 1Mbps upload speeds





Your training will last 6 weeks and it will be on site. We do not allow any holiday/time off in training so please consider this before applying.
