Sitel Belgrade opened in 2011 as one of the first multilingual care centers in Serbia, and is located at Spanskih boraca 3, the heart of Belgrade’s new business district, near Belgrade Arena. It’s a Class A office. Sitel Belgrade currently supports clients in 14 languages with more than 1,500 employees.

What will you do:

 

  • Coordinate, mentor and develop  the recruitment team ensuring that the team fully understands and follows the internal policies and procedures
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of KPIs
  • Ensure the quality of data in the applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) is up to par
  • Use talent data to support continuous improvement ensuring we deliver the best customer experience (CX) though the quality of hires
  • Analyze our talent pools and sourcing channels (social media, job board and career site) and make appropriate actions resulting in candidate attraction
  • Support the team with recruitment activities if they are working at a peak time and are at a full capacity
  • Maintain connections with recruitment agencies and various other organizations which in turn produce and maintain steady candidate pool.
  • Manage internal stakeholders providing them with understanding and knowledge for their business’ needs
  • Participate in creation of job descriptions specifically matching the criteria and competencies with the candidate pool
  • Manage recruitment needs based on our clients’ expectations and business needs
  • Participate in any internal hiring and assessment processes
  • Support Senior HRM with any ad hoc tasks regarding talent acquisition

 

We would like to get to know you if:

 

  • You have BA degree in a field of social studies, economy or any relevant field – previous BPO industry experience will be considered as an advantage  
  • You have 2 years of relevant experience – previous team and stakeholder management experience will be considered as an advantage
  • You are familiar with local employment laws, rules and regulations
  • You have excellent use of MS Office Suite – Experience in HRIS systems is an advantage we use SAP SuccessFactors
  • You have excellent level of English language – other languages will be considered as a plus
  • You are excellent communicator (active listening, empathy, able to maintain confidentiality)
  • You are self-motivated and driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • You are resilient and able to solve issues quickly and effectively
  • You are people oriented, however still able to follow through with processes and procedures
  • You are able to deal with ambiguity and able to interpret context  
  • You are excited to work in a very dynamic environment and can adjust to the fast paced movement and changes
