Recruitment Supervisor - Executive Search

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Processes and interviews prospective employees for non-agent positions.   
  • Determines appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing. 
  • Partners with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow. 
  • Supports Recruiting Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities.
  • Collaborates with operations, learning and clients in recruitment process improvement plans.
  • Ensures that performance of each coordinator and specialist are on track.


Education: Bachelor’s  college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR or general business.


Experience Target: 

  • At least five (5) years of successful recruiting experience for exempt and nonexempt personnel preferably in a high volume, fast paced customer-focused environment. 
  • Call center experience strongly preferred.
  • At least one (1) year recruitment supervisory experience for external candidates.
