Location Requirements

Must reside within 50 miles of our Augusta, Georgia to include South Carolina or the entire state of Mississippi. 


Core Responsibilities

  • Provide support to one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. for military servicemen and their families with entry level auto and property policies
  • Interact with customers, clients, insurance carriers and internal sources to provide coverage, billing or policy modification
  • Provide coverage, rates, billing information, and policy recommendations where necessary
  • Complete a variety of day-to-day client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations or other necessary tasks as needed 
  • Weekly review of quality standards, metrics, and performance 



  • Professional customer service aptitude

  • Effective verbal and written communication 
  • Comfortable with recommending additional services 
  • Active listening skills 
  • Ability to ask open-ended questions 
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask 
  • Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers & information 
  • Ability to cover features/ benefits 
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent) 
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening 


Work Requirements

Sitel Technical Requirements:

  • 5 Mbps Download & 3 Mbps Upload speed
  • Must be hard-wired connection from router
  • Router must be in the same room
  • Must be from your home address
  • No hotspots, no wireless, no satellite or VPN connections!

Equipment below is provided after attending orientation:

  • Desktop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and cords
  • Ethernet cords are shorter in length. Approx. 3ft cord
