We are looking for a talented and accomplished Welcome Specialist to join our team.
As a Welcome Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Support new Associates according with Sitel Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Support the onboarding of new hires on the Sitel tools
  • Support with contract preparation and sharing with new members via tools
  • Support Associates relocating to Greece by preparing all arrangements for travel, taxi & accommodation
  • Being a main point of contact for new members to secure a smooth welcome process
  • Inspect accommodation prior and after new members’ presence
  • Ensure Relocation policy & process are adhered to
  • Continuous Critical Thinking to evaluate current processes in place
  • Provide support during induction day for new members
  • Emphasize and Dynamic with Sitel Benefits and Programs
  • Ensure with Support departments (IT, Asset, Facilities, Learning, etc.) that Associate has necessary setup for a W@H or Brick & Mortar environments
  • Keep track of equipment not received and provide appropriate updates 
  • Keep track of hiring documents received by new hires
  • Arrange Sitel branded goodies for new members


To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Additional EU language would be a plus
  • Good understanding and experience in office environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
  • Assertive with a can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels
  • Ability to support change initiatives 
  • Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry (not mandatory)
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece

Education and experience.

  • College degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field (preferable)
  • Customer Support Industry experience will be a plus
