We are looking for a talented and accomplished Onboarding Assistant to join our team.
 

As an Onboarding Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:
 

  • Support the new Associate according with Sitel Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Monitor SF’s Queues regarding future Associate onboarding completion and provide additional request and support to ensure onboarding completion is done 
  • Update / validate NH information in our systems
  • Coordinate with external Partners all steps needed to provide all legal documentation
  • Continuous Critical Thinking to evaluate current processes in place 
  • Emphasize and Dynamic with Sitel Benefits and Programs
  • Ensure with Support departments (IT, Asset, Facilities, Learning, etc.) that Associate has necessary setup for a W@H or Brick & Mortar environments 

 
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
 

  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Good understanding and experience with HR tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
  • Assertive with a can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels
  • Ability to support change initiatives 
  • Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry (not mandatory)
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Athens, Greece

 
Education and experience.

  • College degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field (preferable)
  • Previous experience in Human Resources
  • Customer Support Industry experience will be a plus
