  • Mobile Learning: Facilitate access to meaningful learning experiences for the modern learner, through social engagement and interaction, utilizing personal electronic devices.
  • Services: Learning Needs Analysis, Curriculum Design, and Competency Model Design, ILT/vILT, Custom eLearning, Blended Learning, Video and Animation, AR/VR/360 videos and delivery of training, Workshops, Coaching sessions, and T3 (Train-the-Trainers).

 

Position Overview

 

The Account Management (“AM”) is a member of the Solutions Team, and is responsible for, among other things, generating meaningful value for clients and generating new sales opportunities through thoughtful, professional, and meaningful consultative support. The AM will report to the Head of Solutions and will, when ready for such responsibility, have a team that reports to him/her. The AM is expected to quickly and expertly acclimate to Learning Tribes’ (“LT”) existing client needs, goals, expected communication cadence, etc. The AM is expected to fully understand, and be able to sell, the full suite of LT services and products.

 

Responsibilities

 

Client Satisfaction and Partnership:

  • Drive consultative conversations with LT clients and LT internal team (Solutions, Project Management, and Creative) to bring meaningful and impactful solutions to clients and to further develop partnerships.
  • Identify and/or create additional partnership opportunities within LT’s existing client network.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with LT client stakeholders, and drive additional sales and revenue growth for existing accounts, representative of the full LT portfolio of services.
  • Retain and grow existing business with an intentional focus on winning new business within an account, either through selling add-on opportunities in the same service line or driving new service line penetration.

Learner Satisfaction and Engagement:

  • Deliver the optimal user experience for learners, by analyzing and identifying their evolving needs and addressing them through LT offerings/solutions.
  • Continuously support the increase of learner engagement/usage in Edflex and Triboo, by, among other things, working closely with client and LT internal teams to develop and implement the optimal strategies and solutions.

Structure, Innovation and Growth:

  • Developing and implementing the appropriate processes to optimize business efficiency.
  • Defining, building, and supporting the right team structure to guarantee scalable growth and improved/increased talent acquisition.
  • Tracking main KPIs and provide the Head of Solutions with strategic recommendations for overall improvement (client satisfaction, learner engagement score, customer churn rate, etc).
  • Supporting the Project Management, Creative, and Technical Teams by, among other things, continuously identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes, platform features, and added services, as well as reporting platform issues communicated by the client.
  • Support the Director of Marketing by, among other things, developing materials to support marketing and communication efforts.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of Account Management and/or Sales experience, both in Services and Technologies (SaaS).
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Training, and the L&D industry.  
  • Strong understanding of the external market and indepth knowledge of the power of the Learning Tribes value proposition.
  • Proven experience establishing successful C-level relationships in a hunter and closer role.
  • Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships.
  • Unmatched ability to generate new business within the existing client ecosystem;
  • Track record of success in carrying AM quota, closing enterprise, corporate deals.
  • Successful history of new business sales with existing accounts, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • A track record of success in selling business applications and complex solutions.
  • Balance a strategic view to an account with a fast-paced transactional approach.
  • Collaborative team-player who thrives in a team selling environment.
  • Ability to travel approx. 35%.
  • BA/BS degree; Master’s Degree Preferred.
