Get there, early – you don’t want to be late for your interview
Beware your body language - make eye contact, be friendly and even if you’re nervous, don’t forget to smile because a positive attitude goes a long way in the customer service industry
Dress for success – make sure you look professional
And be polite - thank the interviewer for their time (you could even send a hand-written note!)

Practice "interviewing" with a friend.
Be prepared - research a list of commonly asked interview questions and get your answers ready
Rehearse your lines – keep answering questions to build your confidence
Listen to yourself – record yourself with your smartphone to hear how you’ll sound in the interview
Then keep on practicing – be sure you’re speaking clearly and articulating your answers
