Foundever Portugal is looking for a talented and accomplished Italian speaking Customer Advisor  for a project from the travel and tourism industry. 

As a Customer Advisor in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Going above and beyond to provide outstanding service to customers aiming their retention in our client's services
• Quickly grasp complex issues and identify underlying problems to facilitate prompt and effective resolutions
• Maintain high satisfaction standards and consistently exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests
• Take ownership and responsibility while being resilient and able to positively influence outcomes
• Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics
• Flexible and able to adapt to constant changes with a positive mindset

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Advanced level of Italian (C1) (mandatory)
• Good level of English (B2) (desired)
• Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
• Strong sales profile with customer and service orientation
• Ability to promote and sell client services and products
• A motivated and committed personality
• Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors
• Quality consciousness
• Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
• Self-organized, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
• Ability to follow guidelines and instructions & to quickly implement newly learned things
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Be willing to relocate to Portugal
